Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cut the goat cheese into 2-3 cm thick slices. Keep the white rind on the cheese to help it hold together better. Add the butter to the skillet and fry the cheese for about 1-2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the slices. The cheese should turn golden brown with a slightly crispy surface and a creamy center, but not melted inside.
